Cancellation by the purchaser for any reason shall be subject to following refund policies:

A.     Reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance of arrival will be refunded 100% subject to a $40 cancellation fee.

B.     Reservations cancelled less than 30 days notice before arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind.

C.     No refunds or credits will be provided for unused nights or early departure. Pinnacle Lifestyles Resorts does not provide refunds or credits for circumstances including, but not limited to, a change of mind, the discomforts of nature, inclement weather, wildfire smoke or air quality conditions, eviction, or a guest choosing to vacate their site or accommodation before the end of their reservation.

Weather, smoke, insects, wildlife, temperature, and other naturally occurring outdoor conditions are considered part of the camping and resort experience and do not qualify for a refund or credit.

Wildfires and Air Quality

Refunds related to wildfires, wildfire smoke, or air quality will only be provided when the resort itself is located within an official Government Evacuation Order.
