Prices have not been set as of yet, as we are still in the application process and costs have not been finalized as to the infastruture and road building.

Cabins in the trees along the creekside and adjacent to the "The Big Bend" number 12, as well as Villa style accommodation on the 1st tee ridge, will set a new standard for the East Shore. Hopefully you are familiar with the Kootenay Lake / Crawford Bay area and I need not convince you of the magnificence of the area. However, we feel that because of the time frames of the subdivision our best selling tool is to take you out, show you the land and allow you to see why the parcels won't last long.
