Bunkers patio is the best stop for a cold frosty beverage after a great round of golf. We feature fine beers from our local breweries as well as some boutique wine choices.
Bunkers Grill is serving contemporary, original dishes and has become more creative than ever. We offer a wide range of choices from completely homemade burgers to sandwiches, salads, and innovative entrées with vegetarian, seafood and poultry choices. We also host and provide the setting and cuisine for your special event including corporate dinners, team-building, family gatherings and weddings. Be sure to check out our daily specials and join us for Prime Rib Saturdays or casual BBQs on our outdoor deck. As an added feature you can dance the night away with our house band Jurassic Mike on most Thursdays and Saturday Nights! Mike plays the goldies of today and yesterday.

We do offer a variety of items on our menu that qualify as heart-smart items and a separate celiac menu. We do realize that some of our guests may have special requirements that we would be happy to accommodate whenever possible. Please discuss these requirements with our staff so we can best accommodate your needs.

Get your game on! Farm fresh eggs with three cheese, ham, sweet peppers, mushrooms, green onions and a spicy salsa. On a bed of hash browns with toast. Seasonal Soup with Artisan Bread Composed daily using fresh local ingredients.
Fairway Greens
A gourmet salad with seasonal field greens and vegetables. Our house blueberry vinaigrette dressing. Side of our handmade focaccia.
Homemade Crab Cakes
Chef’s personal recipe from Dungeness and rock crab.
Nestled on a mango chutney sauce.
Sweet Hot Calamari
Prepared fresh and lightly breaded.
Drizzled with a sweet and spicy sauce. Tzatziki dip.
Fresh Vegetarian Spring rolls
Six fresh salad rolls served with a tangy ginger soy dipping sauce.
Beer Battered Fish and Chips
Now famous! Northern pacific cod with our chef’s homemade not so secret
“Nelson Wild Honey Ale” batter. Tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
Kokanee Clubhouse
Chicken clubhouse with crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, Lettuce, tomato and mayo. Fries on the side.
Homemade Angus Burger
Pressed with our own hands and seasoned just right! Build it up with Canadian cheddar, bacon and/or fried mushrooms.
Julienne Steak Sandwich
Grilled Alberta steak strips beneath Swiss and Feta Cheeses. Served on homemade focaccia bread with lettuce and sweet peppers.
Mediterranean Prawn Linguini
Sautéed black tiger prawns, kalamata olives, tomatoes, red onion, and diced peppers. Finished with fresh parsley and our home made cream.
Jambalaya Bowl
Chicken, chorizo sausage, tiger prawns, mushrooms and bell peppers combined in a piquant cabernet tomato sauce on a bed of rice.
Steak Oscar
Angus New York topped with crab, prawns, asparagus and a rich hollandaise sauce.
With market vegetables and the potato of the day.
Rocky Mountain Ribs
For the hearty appetite. Premium pork ribs braised to absolute perfection in our famous
bunkers bbq sauce . Presented with house spaghetti and veg.
Tequila lime Chicken
A juicy marinated full breast of chicken cooked to perfection and topped with a zesty roast pepper compote. Plated with seasonal vegetables and long grain rice.
Group dining is what we do best. Our very popular Kootenay style barbeques may be set up for your group at the clubhouse deck. Typically, our barbeques can be done as follows: Steaks, Prime Rib, Rack of Ribs or Savory BBQ Chicken. All complete with Salads, Hot vegetables, Garlic and Herb Toast, Our Famous Cowboy Beans, Baked Potatoes and Condiments, and of course - A smiling sizzling chef!
